Last week, we began reading and writing poems.
We learned about poets and
how they begin their writing process.
Then, we started our very own poems.
We picked an object- puddles.
Using our senses, we brainstormed our ideas
about puddles on bubble maps.
We used descriptive words to help us describe a puddle. |
We brainstormed different things we can do in a puddle. |
We talked about how poets include how something makes them feel in their poems. |
